How We Do It
We Train
There is a principled difference in your approach when you decide to Train.
Witness the vigor, motivation and focus of an athlete training for competition. Nothing is left to chance. Their starting point is assessed and everything is measured out from the start. From there, a specific Action Plan is developed with a realistic timeline. We never HOPE we’ll get there, we KNOW that we will.
This why I Train my clients: we don’t “workout”, “lift weights” or “do cardio”. Every client has their own specific training program designed for them which accounts for their starting point, abilities needs, wants and goals. Every single movement in every session is assessed. Every second is dedicated to reaching those goals. No second is wasted because you can never get it back.
What are we Training for? Who said there needs to be an Endgame in pursuits of fitness and health?
Train to live with vigor.
Train to empower yourself. Train so you can be badass 95yr old that still has no limits.

Principled Training
- Be Kind for Everyone is fighting a hard battle ~ Plato
Program Design is also designed with scientific backing. No Guesswork. Nothing random. Every session is specifically planned to train you in the most effective way to meet your goals.
Each to their own ability – that is how we Train. There is no yelling. There is no berating. There is no bullying. There is no belittling. Your physical capabilities and mental stamina will be challenged in an encouraging and empowering manner.
There is no negative self-talk. There is no weakness. There is only empowerment.
I will empower you to propel yourself toward your goals and become the changed person you sought out to be.

Actions Speak
- if you ever want to train laboriously, keep it to yourself and do not make a show of it ~ Epictetus
Stay humble in the face of your progress so that you will remain motivated to continue. Speak not of your progress and let your progress speak for itself by developing the razor sharp focus required to meet your goals. Exercise and Fitness are tools, not accolades. We use them to find the source of vigor in our life, but they are not sources themselves.
