I might also be called a Personality Trainer. The mental aspect of pursuing fitness and exercise is the difference between achievers and those that never reach their mark. Any one can teach you a bicep curl or how to bench press; however, training you to meet specific goals in the safest and most efficient way possible requires more than exercise instruction. Developing a sense of commitment, dedication and resilience to reaching these goals is a major part of our training.
