My dedication to your goals and safety does not change with the program you select. I realize that clients have different needs and enjoy different training environments. That is why there are different training options.

The best results are realized with training at least 2-3 times a week with me.

  • Fitness, Health History and Lifestyle Assessment

    Prior to beginning, each client must have an Assessment done in order to determine their starting point. The information obtained here will allow for a specific training program to be designed that accounts for your starting point, needs, wants and goals. This is the safest and most effective way to start a training program because I understand how large the gap is between where you are and where you want to go.

    Length: 90 minutes

    Cost: $60

  • 1-on-1 Training

    Who is 1-on-1 Training for:

    Clients that are new to training

    Clients with very specific training goals (ie. I need to lose weight for health reasons)

    Clients with specific goals with a deadline (ie. I want to lose 30lbs for my wedding)

    Clients with unique aesthetic or strength & conditioning goals (ie. Bodybuilding, sports specific training)

     

    What is included:

    Unlimited ongoing support (text/email/phone)

    60min Training Session

    Ongoing Program Modifications

    Meal Plan

     

    Length: 60 minutes

     

    Cost:

    1 Session: $65 + GST/Session

    6, 12 and 24 Session Blocks: $50 + GST/Session

  • 2-on-1 & Couples Training

    Who is 2-on-1 Training for:

    Couples (train for a wedding, holiday or add another dimension to your relationship)

    Friends with a similar starting point, goals and schedule

    Clients that enjoy the support, encouragement and friendly competition of partner training

    Clients that enjoy being accountable to training partner for staying on track

     

    What is included:

    Focus and attention is shared between the clients

    Unlimited ongoing support (text/email/phone)

    Cost:

    1 Session: $50 + GST/person

    6 Session Blocks: $45 + GST/person

    12 & 24 Session Blocks: $35 + GST

  • Small Group Training

    Who is Small Group Training for:

    Wedding Parties

    Clients that enjoy doing a variety of training (training drills, weigh training, partner work)

    Clients that thrive off training with 3 or more people

    Clients that enjoy exercise instruction where the trainer can move between clients

     

    What is included:

    Focus and attention is shared between the clients

    60min Training Session

    Challenging new training for every session
